Do you supply Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) with chemical orders?
Yes. Every analytical reagent, mining chemical, water treatment compound, and industrial raw material supplied under our Chemicals catalogue is backed by a batch specific Certificate of Analysis and a sixteen section Safety Data Sheet. Copies are enclosed with the physical consignment and can also be requested in PDF format by emailing sales@tzgholdings.co.za with your invoice or batch reference.
Who is permitted to purchase research and industrial chemicals from TZG Holdings?
TZG Holdings supplies registered businesses, analytical and academic laboratories, mining operations, water utility boards, agricultural formulators, manufacturing plants, and verified commercial buyers across South Africa. For regulated acids, oxidizers, or specialized industrial precursors, our compliance desk may request company registration documents and an end user declaration prior to dispatch.
How are hazardous chemicals packaged for road transport across South Africa?
Liquid reagents and corrosive acids are packaged in UN approved high density polyethylene (HDPE) drums, jerrycans, or intermediate bulk containers fitted with tamper evident induction seals. Solid compounds and salts are packed in moisture barrier lined woven polypropylene bags or fibre drums, transported by SANS 10231 certified dangerous goods carriers.

Are your agricultural seeds and food grains inspected for moisture and purity?
Yes. Every agricultural lot entering our Barbeque Downs warehouse is checked for moisture percentage, purity grade, foreign matter limits, shelf life, and pest free storage integrity. Specification tables showing cultivation type, texture, storage condition, shelf life, and country of origin are published directly on each product page.
Can food manufacturers and agricultural cooperatives order multi ton container loads?
Certainly. While our online store facilitates immediate ordering of standard bags and minimum order quantities, TZG Holdings regularly executes multi ton palletized orders and full container load contracts. Shipping, Warehouse Collections, Payments, and Returns
Where is TZG Holdings located and can I collect my order in person?
Our head office and central distribution warehouse are located at 4 River Rd, Barbeque Downs, Midrand, Gauteng 1684, South Africa. Clients are welcome to arrange scheduled warehouse collections Monday through Friday between 08:30 and 16:00 SAST once payment has cleared and our warehouse team confirms that your order is picked and ready at the loading bay.
How long does nationwide delivery take within South Africa?
Orders confirmed before 14:00 SAST are prepared within one to two business days. Transit times from Midrand average one to two business days for Gauteng destinations, two to three business days for adjacent provinces such as KwaZulu Natal, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and North West, and three to five business days for the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Northern Cape.
What payment methods do you accept and what is your return policy?
All transactions are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept direct EFT bank transfers, Instant EFT via Ozow and PayFast, and Visa or Mastercard credit and cheque cards. Clients are protected by our thirty (30) day Refund and Returns Policy for unopened, factory sealed containers and receive immediate free replacement or full refund for any damaged or defective batch.

How do I request a formal proforma invoice for my company procurement department?
Procurement officers can either add their required chemicals or agricultural commodities to the online cart and select direct bank transfer at checkout to receive an instant order reference, or submit their item list via our WPForms inquiry portal on the Contact Us page. Our Midrand sales desk issues formal SARS compliant proforma invoices within two business hours.

Yes.
